Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1/2 cup boiling water. Let cool + add 1 cup orange juice. Refrigerate + when congealed, whip thoroughly. Fold in 1/2 pt heavy cream, whipped stiff. Fold in 1 sm can of crushed pineapple, well drained. Add cubed cake. Pour into spring-form pan + chill overnight. Before serving, spread tops + sides with 1/2 pt whipped cream. Sprinkle with coconut.
