Boil, rinse and drain noodles. Fry onion, pepper and garlic, fry slightly. Add meat. Fry until no longer red. Add tomato sauce. Combine with noodles, diced cheese -- reserving some for topping -- corn, olives and the olive liquid and brown in oven. Remove garlic gloves before putting into casserole.
No salt need be added.
Cook in oven at 350F for 45 minutes.
