Raspberry Ribbon Pie Unverified!


  • 1 3oz pkg raspberry Jello
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 10oz pkg frozen raspberries
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 3oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar, sifted
  • pie shell, prebaked and cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash salt
  • 1 cup cream, whipped


Red layers:

Dissolve Jello and granulated sugar in boiling water. Add frozen berries and lemon juice and mix through. Chill until partially set.

White layers (lowest and middle): blend cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla and salt. Fold in whipped cream in small batches.

Spread half the white mixture over the bottom of the pie crust. Cover with half the red mixture and repeat layers. Chill until fully set.
