Mushroom salad Unverified!


  • 1 lb small white mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, cut in slivers
  • 1 Tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 small garlic clove, chopped
  • salt + freshly ground pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced


Wash and dry mushrooms. Slice thinly and place them in a large salad bowl. Add the slivers of Parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley. Add oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to dress. Do not overmix.
