Ice Cream Pie Unverified!


  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 small can frozen lemonade, partly thawed
  • 1/2 cup apricot or peach nectar
  • 18 vanilla wafers
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar


Make pie crust from crushed vanilla wafers. Bake in moderately hot oven for about 10 minutes.

Blend ice cream, lemonade and nectar. Put in pie shell and transfer to freezer and forget about it. Can be eaten right from freezer if freezer is kept at temperature you keep ice cream.
