Grand Marnier Souffle Unverified!

Yield: 8-10 servings


  • 1/2 cup sweet butter
  • 1 cup + 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tsp Grand Mariner


Melt butter. Add flour, egg yolks + Grand Marnier. Beat egg whites with sugar, stiff but not dry. Fold into flour mixture. May refrigerate until wanted. Bake at 350F for 40-45 minutes if in a large dish or 20-35 min for individual souffles.
