Amaretto Mousse Unverified!


  • 24 Vanilla Oreo Cookies, crushed
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 pkg Knox Gelatin
  • 1/4 cup cold milk
  • 3 eggs separated
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • 4 oz Amaretto


Combine crushed cookies with margarine. Pub in the bottom of a spring form pan. Chill. Soften gelatin in cold milk. Soften gelatin in cold milk. Dissolve over hot water. Beat eggs [yolks] with sugar until thick and light. Add Amaretto.

Beat egg whites until stuff but _not_ dry. Fold in yolk mixture then.
