Quiche crust: Mix together ingredients and press into pie tin.
Mix turkey, mushrooms, onion and water chestnuts. Put 2 cups of mixture into each pan. Toss cheese with flour. Sprinkle 1 1/4 cup of cheese on top of each filled pie pan. Combine eggs, milk and seasonings into large bowl. Pour 1 3/4 cup of mixture in each shell. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350F. Let sit 15 minutes.
