Three-Step Lemon Cheesecake Bars Unverified!

  • 1 1/2 cups macaroon cookie crumbs
  • 2 tsp margerine, melted
  • 2 8oz. pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbl lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 2 eggs


Mix together cookie crumbs and margerine and use to line th bottom of a 8" baking pan. Blend together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract and lemon peel until well mixed. Add eggs and blend until just mixed. Pour cream cheese mixture over crust and cook at 350F for 20-25 minutes or until set.

Cool for 3 hours or overnight.
