Pasta Parmesan with Ham

Yield: 4-5 servings


  • 8 oz tubular pasta (Penne or Mostaccioli)
  • 1 clove garlic, mined
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 2 Tbl parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup ham, cut into 1/2" cubes
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • salt and pepper, to taste


Prepare pasta per packaging and drain. Melt 2 Tbl butter in a large frying pan and saute garlic and ham over medium heat until garlic is golden. Stir in cooked pasts, 2 addl Tbl of butter and Parmesan cheese, cooking until cheese is melted. Mix in milk and parsley and toss until creamy. Season to taste.
