Mushroom Pate Unverified!


  • 1/3 cup chicken stock
  • 8 oz mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbl butter, at room temperature
  • 4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2 Tbl chives
  • salt and pepper from taste


In hot stock cook mushrooms, garlic and green onions until all broth has evaporated. Allow to cool to room temperature. Mix butter and cream cheese together and combine with mushroom mixture, salt and pepper. Plate and garnish with chives.
