Fresh Rasberry-Lemon Pie Unverified!

  • One 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 Pkg lemon-flavored instant pudding
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 2 cups thawed whip topping, divided
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup rasberries


Beat together cheese, milk, dry pudding mix and peel with whire whisk until well blended. Stir in whipped topping. Spoon mixture into crust and top with remaining 1 cup topping. Chill 4 hours or until firm. Top with rasberries and serve.
