Cottage Cheese Rolls Unverified!


  • 1/2 lb butter or margarine, at room temperature
  • 8 oz cottage cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
  • milk or water
  • coconut or chopped nuts


Combine all ingredients until smooth and chill covered overnight. Divide into 4 portions and roll into 1/8" to 1/4" discs. Cut into wedges and roll from wide edge to point. Arrange on a cookie sheet 1 inch apart and bake at 375F for 30 minutes.

Mix powdered sugar and milk or water to make frosting and top rolls with frosting and coconut or chopped nuts
