Turkey + Spaghetti Unverified!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz spaghetti, broken
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 cups sliced cook turkey
  • 1 8-oz can cut green beans, drained
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 18 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 2/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 6-oz pkg Italian dressing mix

Preparation

Cook spaghetti, drain. Cook zucchini until just tender. Put first seven ingredients in a bowl with salt + cheese. Marinate overnight.
