Tuna Souffle Unverified!

Yield: 6-8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 9 slices while bread, trim off crust and cube
  • 1 cube butter
  • 6 eggs, beaten well
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans tuna, or shrimp, chicken, lobster, etc - 2 #1 cans lobster + 8 oz frozen shrimp)
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Let stand 3 hours or overnight. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
