Tomato Shrimp Aspic Salad Unverified!

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 3-oz pkg lemon flavored gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 2 green onions, chopped fine
  • 4 1/2 oz can tiny shrimp
  • 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 12 stuffed olives, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp cold water, for gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp boiling water, for gelatin

Preparation

Stir together unflavored gelatin + water. Dissolve jello in hot tomato juice.

Arrange vegetables in bottom of dish. Pour liquid over it.
