Tomato Aspic Unverified!

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 3/4 cups tomato juice, divided
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin on 1/2 cup of the tomato juice to soften. Place over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat + stir in remaining 1 1/4 cups tomato juice + seasonings and lemon juice
