Salmon Casserole with Caraway Unverified!

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 up nonfat dry milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 can (16 oz) salmon, drained
  • 1/4 cup parsley flakes
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery including leaves, sliced
  • 1 tsp caraway seed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix together eggs and dry milk until smooth. Stir in salt, pepper, milk. Add salmon, parsley, onion, celery and leaves + caraway seed and mix thoroughly. Turn into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole. Bake uncovered at 350F or until set.
