Another "shorthand" recipe: your only hope is that you've got a spring-form pan, some good luck, and perhaps a missing ingredient or two: there's no mention of how to build a crust here. The other raspberry tart recipe is remarkably similar and includes cracker crumbs and two less egg whites for the base.
