Ingredients

  • 1 7 3/4oz can salmon
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 tsp dill weed
  • 3/4 cup shredded medium cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk

Preparation

Flake salmon into buttered 1 1/2 quarter casserole. Mix remaining ingredients. Bake at 350F for 25-30 min.
