Orange Sauce Unverified!

"Over cake or pudding"

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1 Tbsp grated orange rind
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients and orange rind. Add water gradually. Cook 5 minutes over low heat. Serve hot or cold.
