Mix together 4 egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice and rind and cook until thickened in double boiler. Add 1/2 pkg lemon jello dissolved in 1 cup boiling water.
Place in refrigerator until it starts to set.
Add 4 egg whites beaten into 1/2 cup sugar and pinch salt.
Pour into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream and a strawberry.
