It should be noted that in my granmother's time "pudding" was not included as one of the selling ingredients. Today's "moist" cake mixes are different consistency-wise and such recipes should be treated with caution.

lemon cake mix
3/4 cup
oil
3/4 cup
water

eggs
1 pkg
lemon gelatin
Glaze
1 1/2 cups
powdered sugar
3 Tbsp
lemon juice
Preparation
Bake cake at 325F for 60 minutes in 12x9x3 pan.
Glaze: Mix powdered sugar with lemon juice. Make holes in cake with fork and pour glaze over cake.
