Kathleen's Salad Unverified!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 pkg lime jello
  • 1 4oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 16 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1 16 oz small curd cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp creamed horseradish
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 Tbsp pineapple juice

Preparation

Dissolve jello in 2 cups hot water and and 2 cups cold water. Mix with evaporated milk, pineapple, cottage cheese, horseradish, and mayonnaise. Refrigerate. Decorate with cream cheese dissolved in pineapple juice. Max in 9" x 13" pan.

May cut in half.
