Ham & Cheese Pie Unverified!

Ingredients

Crust

  • 4 cups crispy corn squares (Corn Chex), crushed to 1 1/2 cups
  • 1/2 Tbsp caraway seeds
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup butter or margerine, melted

Filling

  • 1 cup finely diced ham
  • 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cup half & half
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

Preparation

Mix crust mixture, stir in butter. Press into 9 inch pi plate. Bake at 325F for 9 minutes. Place ham in bottom of pie pan, sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients. Bake at 350F for about 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
