Cheese Luncheon Dish Unverified!

Preparation

In bottom of rectangular baking dish slices of buttered bread to cover bottom. Add layer of grated cheese, a ground ham or tuna or crab meat layer (2 layers if more). Rest 4 eggs and add 3 cups milk. Add salt and 1 tsp dry mustard. Pour over cheese and refrigerate over night.

May substitute 1/2 cup sherry for milk. Thinly sliced tomatoes and slice of fried bacon may be used on top. Place under broiler 2 minutes. Serve at once.
