Blackberry Cake Unverified!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 heaping tsp baking powder
  • 2 lg or 4 sm boxes of berries (blackberries or loganberries)

Preparation

Add the melted butter to the sugar; then egg. Beat until creamy. Alternate milk and flour. Add salt and baking powder. Then stir in berries. Bake in a slow oven (350) about 35 to 40 minutes. Serve hot with butter and granulated sugar.
