Apricot - Pineapple Cream Unverified!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg vanilla pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cans (4 3/4 oz) strained apricots (baby food!)
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped
  • apricots, halved
  • chopped pecans

Preparation

Prepare pudding with milk as directed on package. While pudding is still hot, stir in apricots and pineapple. Cool, fold in whipped cream and pour into sherbet glasses. Chill & garnish with apricot halves and chopped pecans
