Shrimp Noodle Crisp

Yield: 5 generous servings

Ingredients

  • 4 oz thin egg noodles
  • 1/2 lb or more shrimp, cooked
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup potato chips, crushed

Preparation

Cook noodles in 3 quarts boiling water, drain and rinse. Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
