Ingredients

  • 1 Lb ripe tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 jalepenos, seeded and chopped
  • 2 Tbl lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Combine ingredients. Mixture can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
