Line 13x9" baking pan with foil up and over the sides of the pan. Whirl 30 cookies (~2/3rds the bag) in food processor until well blended. Mix in butter until evenly processed. Press firmly into bottom of pan.
With an electric mixer, blend together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs in one at a time until just blended. Break or chop remaninig cookies and stir 1 1/2cups into batter. Pour batter over crust and cover with remaining chopped cookies. Bake for 45 minutes or until center is almost set and let cook for four or more hours.
