Big Time BBQ Rub Fave!

Yield: 1/2 cups
This is a nice dry rub that creates a flavorful glazed exterior on the meat. The salt here is half the original and is still a bit on the salty side for our tastes.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup Turbinado sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated brown sugar
  • 1 Tbl granulated garlic
  • 1 Tbl granulated onion
  • 2 Tbl s paprika
  • 2 Tbl chili powder
  • 2 Tbl freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp s cayenne
  • 1 Tbl thyme leaves
  • 1 Tbl ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

Preparation

Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container.
