Preheat oven to 450F. Mix together pumpkin, sugar, salt, ginger, cloves and cinnamon in a large bowl. Mix in eggs, whole milk, evaporated milk and vanilla and pour into crust.
Cook for 10 minutes at 450F, reduce temperature to 325F and bake for 50-60 minutes; until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
Serve at room temperature.
