Blue Cheese Dressing
Yield:
6 cups
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dry mustard
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 cups sour cream
3 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/2 lb blue cheese, crumbled
Preparation:
Whisk together garlic, mustard, black, white pepper, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce. Mix in sour cream, mayonaise, butermilk until well combined and fold in blue cheese. Allow to chill covered overnight. Keeps covered and chilled one week.

Serve over, e.g. romaine
