Notes:
I can't tell you the number of times I've had to look this up on the damnable Internet, having long-since traded the box for a canister.
Bisquick turns out to be marginally unhealthy in levels of both fat and sodium -- probably why it tastes so good. Add in butter, jam, syrup and other calorie-laden good times and you can see why it pays to keep this ingredient in check around the kitchen.
