Introduction
My adventures with modern Scouting in America
Whereupon it is not about the political correctness, it what is Christianly correct.

Perhaps we disagree upon the definition of God. Is this a matter for the Scouts to discuss? Probably not. Like abuse, problems with authority and problems with elders, these matters should be taken up by a higher administration that Coach Bob, pressed into service by some strange machination beyond his ken.

When recently (as of this writing) asked by my local council to get involved again with the Scouting program I had to take a hard look at the current stance of the organization as the last I knew of it they didn't much like homosexuals or atheists and I thought I'd have a mighty hard time trying to justify my involvement with a discriminatory organization of this sort.

The following are the summation of both my own soul searching and research on the matter designed so both outsiders and members of the organization can understand the situation more fully.
